TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 Acetate)

Price range: $50.00 through $78.00

TB-500, the synthetic acetate form of Thymosin Beta-4, is a peptide widely studied in molecular and cellular biology research for its role in actin regulation, cellular migration, and cytoskeletal organization. It is frequently used in laboratory experiments to investigate intracellular signaling pathways and peptide-mediated cellular processes.

Description

TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) is a synthetic version of a naturally occurring 43-amino-acid protein that regulates actin — the structural protein cells use to migrate and remodel their cytoskeleton. That actin-binding mechanism is what distinguishes TB-500 research from BPC-157: rather than growth-factor signalling, TB-500 is studied for its role in cell migration and structural repair at the cytoskeletal level.

Because actin dynamics underlie wound closure, angiogenesis, and cell motility broadly, TB-500 is a frequently cited reference compound in cytoskeletal and regenerative-biology research, often studied alongside BPC-157 to compare growth-factor-mediated versus structural-protein-mediated repair mechanisms.

For research use only. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water and store refrigerated, protected from light.
