Weight Loss Solution partners with licensed prescribers and pharmacies to provide prescription weight-management medications. Because these are prescription drugs dispensed specifically for you, federal and state pharmacy regulations prohibit the return, exchange, or resale of prescription medication once it has been dispensed and shipped, even if unopened. This policy protects patient safety and complies with pharmacy law. This page explains when a refund, replacement, or order cancellation is available.
Prescription Medication: Non-Returnable
All prescription medications sold through weightlosesolution.com are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispensed by our pharmacy partner, except in the specific cases described below (pharmacy error, or damaged or defective delivery). This applies to injectable treatments, tablets, and all other prescription items, whether or not the packaging has been opened.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel or change your order at no charge any time before your prescriber approves your treatment or before our pharmacy partner begins dispensing it. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@weightlosesolution.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, without requiring return of the affected medication.
Pharmacy Errors
If you believe you received the wrong medication, wrong dose, or a pharmacy dispensing error, contact us immediately at info@weightlosesolution.com or +1 (914) 272-9335. Do not use the medication. We will investigate promptly and provide a correction and replacement at no charge.
Non-Prescription Products
Non-prescription merchandise purchased through our Site, if any, may be returned unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping costs. This does not apply to prescription medications, which are governed by the sections above.
Subscription and Membership Cancellations
If you are enrolled in a recurring membership or subscription plan, you may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us at info@weightlosesolution.com. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for medication already dispensed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If you haven’t received a refund after that time, please check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us if the issue isn’t resolved.
